The color is a nice saturated purple. It didn't fade with washing ...BUTThese are going to the thrift store. Or maybe the rag pile. They're not so great ... even for the price point. The cotton is soft, but its so rough that it's a magnet for lint, dust, cat hair, human hair ... pretty much everything "sticks" to these pillow shams. They look awful even after washing and running through the dryer on high setting. Most cotton is smooth enough that if lint or cat hair gets on it ... it comes out of the washer and dryer nice and clean. These look "dirty" even after you wash and dry them. Lint permanently "sticks" on them.

The pillow shams are good quality and fit my standard pillows very well. The only problem is the coloring isn’t a true lavender but has a more pinkish hue. I use with other bedding due to actual coloring difference.

When new looks good, but it has to be washed before use; so after one wash it came out looking old and wrinkled. I ought the lilac/purple color.

These are the perfect color blue for my basement couch. I have recliners near my big screen TV and I need to find these in a larger size for those pillows.

Listed as sage green and photo appears to be sage green but it's not. Color is a bright granny apple green so I had to request return/refund. Quality appears to be good.
