We had ordered two sinks ordered and delivered earlier this year. One sink was fine - the other sink had a crack and plumber's putty in the box, meaning it was probably already damaged and returned to you before it was shipped to me. We were in the process of building a house so instead of returning it to you, we simply ordered another sink a little while down the road. We are happy with the two sinks that were not damaged but disappointed that someone else returned a broken one to you which was then shipped to us. In our haste to get into our new house and all of the chaos that entailed, the damaged pedestal sink was inadvertently thrown into the dumpster. i would like to have our money back for the last one we ordered

Ordered a one hole sink, but received a 4 hole sink. I didn't return it because I need another one and made it work, though I had to buy a new faucet.
