After installing one of these, I was so happy with it I later replaced my other water guzzling toilet with the same model. They work so well - using just a small amount of water - the flush is so quick - maybe 1-2 seconds - and the tank refills in just a few more seconds (it only uses half the tank for each flush), so it is back to blissful quiet very quickly. I've never had to flush twice - it always works completely. My plumber highly recommended this toilet/brand for its solid metal parts. The "right height" is perfectly comfortable.

Purchased this toilet for a bath remodel. Good flush, nice looking and price is reasonable. We hesitated ordering on line for fear of breakage. Arrived in perfect condition.

Had to replace the flapper mechanism only 3 weeks after installation. Kept leaking even after adjustments. Other than that am happy with it. Like the height and flushes very well.
