Looks fantastic in my rustic bathroom. Nothing wrong with the plastic one that came with the toilet, but this looks great and is heavy duty.

The lever gets stuck when the nut is tightened and doesn't allow the tank to seal back up and fill. It's a direct correlation between how tight the nut is and how stuck the lever is. I had the choice to leave the nut loose and have the handle flimsy or tighten the nut and have the handle stuck. I'm installing it on a brand new American Standard toilet, same brand. Too bad I like the look but the design is off on this.

Installed easily and worked fine for the first few flushes until the handle nut worked loose. When I re-tightened the nut enough to not loosen, the handle bound against the outside of the tank and would not return to the rest position on its own. The older American Standard tanks have a larger square hole for the flush lever handle than many other tanks and that seems to be what caused my problem. It was returned with no problems. I was happy with the appearance of the product.

The product was as described. Easy to install. It took about 15 mins to start to finish. High quality as you would expect from American Standard. I am very pleased with the product.
