The reason I think this is a really great product is because, first off, it doesn't leak! It has a sleek design that's a cinch to install. The price? Super affordable. And the smooth operation of the handle is like poetry in motion. It fits so perfectly you'd think it was custom made. The grip is good and sturdy - no slipping here. The construction is robust and the material screams durability. And the flush? Quick as a wink. All in all, a standout product!

It did the job repairing the leak from the handle on my commercial toilet in my business. It is, however, the third one for this toilet in only 3 years: the original, and now on the 2nd replacement. The same problem happened both times: the end of the shaft that triggers the flush breaks off. I don't know how that has anything to do with the leaking or whether the seal is lasting just about as long (short) a time as the shaft. In any event I expect to get more than 1-1/2 years out of a commercial toilet flush handle mechanism.Still, I'm considering it a cheap enough fix that I'd do it every 1-1/2 years forever if that's all I had to do to keep it working forever. Soooooo.... I'm not complaining all that much.

Fixed the leaky handle with this replacement. Hard water had ruined the installed one, which was 6 years old. I can anticipate changing it every 6 years. YMMV. Quick replacement and up and running in 5 minutes.
