These pads are terrific. I use it in my wood shop to smooth out any rough spots that would be too much for sandpaper usually after staining and topcoating and doesn't remove whatever I put on it other than what I want removed. It makes the surface very smooth. I also use it for other things just too much to go into. My wife uses it in the kitchen. It easily cleans pots and pans that have that baked-in problem. Try it. You will love it.
