Americolor is my go to brand from gel food coloring. I use it in my royal icing. It colors quickly and one bottle will last you a long time. It does stain your skin so just be aware of that. This is a good value for your money.,

Makes a beautiful blue color with both royal icing and Swiss meringue buttercream. As always americolor has a quality food coloring.

This is my favorite food coloring ever. I make cookies and exclusively only use this brand! You can't go wrong with any of their colors. You will not be disappointed by Americolor.

I love all my AmeriColor products. I bought royal blue instead of navy blue, so I added some black to turn it navy. My cookie monster cupcakes and treats came out great.

I used it to dye my buttercream and it made a pretty light blue for gender reveal cupcakes. It also didn't change the flavor but I'm not sure how much I would have to use to create a royal blue like it says.
