And since it's a sterile plant, it won't take over your yard like many other varieties of Wisteria. Your Wisteria blossoms each spring with cascading flowers that will repeat throughout summer. While the lavender-colored blooms steal the show, the green foliage is impressive in its own right. New leaves are so shiny that they'll look like gems when the sun hits them. The Amethyst Falls Wisteria is easy to grow and adapts well to a wide range of soils. Once established, it's drought tolerant. There are no known issues regarding insects or pests, and it's deer resistant as well. You won't have to do a thing to keep your Amethyst Falls Wisteria looking gorgeous. Amethyst Falls Wisteria Vines are perfect for smaller gardens. This gorgeous flowering vine grows slightly slower than the Asian wisteria. It produces masses of lightly fragrant purple flowers that hang gracefully downward. Use in containers on the porch or deck, or train up an arbor or trellis. This non-invasive vine grows well on trees without harming them. To properly care for your Amethyst Falls Wisteria, plant it in well-drained soil with access to full sun. Depending on the heat level, it will thrive with regular watering, once or more per week. Once established, it will become much more drought tolerant. Whereas most wisteria takes up to 5 years to bloom, Amethyst Falls wisteria often blooms within the first year of planting. Its impressive fragrant flower clusters are 8 inches long and attract pollinators, butterflies, and hummingbirds.

So sad when they arrived one was alive. One was dead. One was barely alive since then I’ve been able to keep the one alive, but the other two died.

The plants came very well packaged and stayed in the box a day after the delivery. No visible damage or pest. They each came in their own little container with a long strip of cardboard stabled down so not to have the soil spill out. Healthy little plants. We will see if they survive. Everything was good!

I ordered this for my dad’s Christmas present he really wanted a wisteria in his house that could climb the drift wood sculpture. However, this is how the plants looked upon opening super dry soil, very dry leaves, overall plants just look to be barely hanging on… the middle one is basically just a twig with a leaf. The other two the leaves are crispy. I will try to revive them but I really think it is too late.. super sad I was so excited to give this to him…

Tiny and weak. One has died, and the other two are just hanging on. Waste of money.

The plants were well packaged and I transferred them into 3 inch peat pots - there is a lot of new growth and they look healthy

The three plants arrived on time and healthy. I do not have a green thumb and after a few missteps - they still seem to be hanging in there.

These arrived in great condition. I planted them a couple mos ago&they are thriving just fine. They haven’t grown much so be warned, it’ll be around 2/3 years before they reach maturity. I guess you need to ask yourself - time vs money?
