Provide an additional usb outlet for phone charging. Amperage output is low. takes a long time to charge a phone.

Inexpensive,looks well made, easy to install, from what I could tell it only comes in white. Mine was installed at the end of the run which is fine, if yours will be middle of the run ( meaning it feeds power to the next receptacle ) you’ll need to pigtail it in as it has a one screw terminal. I needed it as my phone is usb-c and other things are lightning, seems to work fine. Happy so far time will tell. Aloha

This terrific USB outlet includes two USB-C and one USB-A ports. It is slightly shallower than most USB outlets. It has wire-plates under the side screws that accommodate two-wires per screw—including the ground screw—for quick, hook-free installation. The price is right. This is my new go-to USB outlet.

I replaced the outlet near a chair in our sunroom and love having usbcs on deck ready to roll. Not the fastest charger but I can plug in my drone, controller, and cell phone for the night and they all end up charged so I Love this as an option.

This particular plug was easy to install and works amazingly.However, not a product problem but something to watch out for but the width and depth of my original plug was much smaller than this. Might not be everyone’s experience but worth nothing.

About these outlets to replace two older ones. I like these because you can charge your phone without having a charging box. Easy to install. I installed it myself.
