I recently ordered the Newest AMIR Refrigerator Thermometer and overall it is not bad, I'm dropping a star (or two) because it does not have an audible alarm on the device, it must be connected to a smartphone to hear any alarm. It is NOT WiFi enabled, so unless my phone is within Bluetooth range, it will not pick up any temperature drop. It was obvious that you need to run the wire from the inside of the freezer to the outside, but in my opinion, this is not a great design.

I didn't pay attention when I got this, but this doesn't have Wi-Fi. That is a HUGE disappointment. I expect most smart give devices to be WiFi enabled; this is only Bluetooth. You connect this to your phone to calibrate it. It supposedly can alert you of issues, but that will only work if this is in range. It is an audible alarm is the temp gets to warm, and it is a viable temp readout. That is all this is result. This has limited to no value without Wi-Fi.

I went through all the steps, and it only shows the temperature in Celsius – and won’t reset to Fahrenheit, and then the display craps out. I’ve changed the batteries and tried everything. Just a piece of crap.

One of those thermometer works fine and the other one doesn’t work no customer service so I have to send them both back
