Assembly went well until fitting the "seat" to the frame. The "seat" was at least an inch on either side, smaller than the frame itself. Fastening one end would then leave far too much space to affix it to the other.What's worse is when I began to disassemble the chair, nearly every screw was stripped from the first time assembly or beginning to strip as I was taking it apart.Incredibly cheap product for the price. If you are going to buy this, before you even begin to put it together I would at least make sure all the parts actually fit.EDIT - Dealing with the "customer service" rep for the return was an absolute nightmare.
