I just love fixing old vehicles that simple like this. I swear the connection in the vehicle got a lot stronger using brass since it is more conductive than any other material they use unless they use copper.One of the few easiest DIY job that'll make you feel a lot better working on it. Took me only 15 min to finish it,I just cut the negative with the old battery terminal, I Cut those black weather protector around it being careful to not cut off any strand of copper wires, I use heatshield and battery post and mold it together by crimping, using heatgun or lighters, and I finally bolt it on the brass battery terminal and put on a new negative battery Terminal. It's better than new by a lot!

These terminals are great quality but the bolt is approximately 3/8 of an inch in diameter. I had to drill a larger hole in my lead end.

I guess they are alright but did not come with cable washers. There many listings on amazon at same price I should have been more diligent when choosing the item I did.
