The SM-4T is a heavy-duty, highly-flexible microscope designed for biological and industrial applications. This model is especially popular in the QC, repair and engraving industries thanks to its ease-of-use and reliability. With its wide zoom range and double-arm boom-stand, this model will become an indispensable instrument in any workshop or lab.
Optics
The stereo optics provide clear, sharp images with excellent focus-depth and a large working-distance. With 0.7X-4.5X zoom objectives, moving through the magnification range is as easy as turning a knob. 10X and 20X eyepieces are included, as well as 0.5X and 2X Barlow lenses to provide an expanded magnification range from 3.5X-180X, with high-eyepoint optics to accommodate glasses or goggles.
Ocular Adjustment
Dual ocular diopters can be adjusted to maintain consistent focus, greatly improving productivity. Rotating interpupillary adjusters simplify the process of aligning the eyepieces for each user.
Trinocular Port
The switched trinocular photo-port provides a dedicated mount for a camera. When the photo-port is switched open, all light from the left objective is diverted to the port to provide maximum brightness for the camera to guarantee the best quality images. This microscope uses our CX series trinocular port, so it can be easily replaced with optional C-mount ports to match specific cameras.
Double-arm Boom-Stand
The multi-pivoting, double-arm stand provides a stable, flexible support system, ideal for hands-on work. Use of a drop-down column allows the head to be positioned at virtually any angle. Ball-bearings provide smooth movement of the lateral arms, which can easily pivot the microscope out of the way when it is not needed. The heavy, steel base ensures the stability of the microscope, even when laden with attachments.
Digital Imaging
Monitor and capture photos and videos with the included 10.0MP USB2.0 camera. The C-mount camera is specially designed for use with microscopes, allowing you to watch live images, and to record photos or videos on your computer. This ability to view microscopic images on your computer reduces eye-strain, and allows groups of people to view images at the same time. A 0.5X reduction lens is included for use with 23mm-30.5mm ports to capture more of the microscope's field-of-view. Our professional software for Windows provides a wide assortment of capture and photo-editing functions including color correction, time-lapse capture, image stitching, and a full complement of measuring tools. A lite version of our software is available for Mac and Linux with essential functionality for capturing photos and videos.
Additional Items
This package includes a 144-LED ring-light with quadrant-control for bright and cool illumination. This lightweight illuminator mounts to the microscope’s objective housing, and projects a smooth, encompassing field of light over objects, eliminating most shadows. When you need some shadows to bring out more details, the power-controller provides control over four subdivisions to manipulate the directionality of the light. You can cast light from the top, bottom, or either side in order to bring out the necessary topological details. Whether used as the sole light-source or in combination with additional illuminators, the ring-light produces a crucial light pattern for virtually any application. Energy-efficient and producing low heat, this ring-light can be used with biological specimens as well as industrial.

The microscope was not functional i.e. software was not working and cables were broken - absolutely rubbish product. Stay away from the seller as they have horrible customer service

binoculaire de très bonne qualité et d'une grande stabilité, elle est juste parfaite pour tous les travaux de câblage en micro-électronique.un bémol sur le manuel d'utilisation qui est vraiment minimal, le montage n'a pas été immédiat pour moi et les premières utilisation non plus.En bref produit de qualité que je conseille.

Ottimo stereoscopio, ne abbiamo acquistati 2.Strumento perfetto per il nostro laboratorio dove ci occupiamo di biologia marina, geologia e archeologia.Le caratteristiche ci consentono di poter osservare oggetti ed elementi anche di dimensioni notevoli sfruttando la possibilità di gestire la testa in tutte le direzioni.La consegna nei tempi previsti, anzi, il secondo in anticipo rispetto alla data indicata dalla stessa amazon.Imballaggio fatto con cura e strumento facile da assemblare, nonostante non siano presenti alcune indicazioni su supporto cartaceo.

In a word - Fantastic! I have a simpler stereo microscope for PCB work that was adequate but I had trouble getting true stereoscopic viewing - couldn't seem to get the eyepieces set right. With this new microscope I have no problem whatsoever. Image is bright and sharp. The flexibility with the stand is great. Extremely well made and very sturdy. All in all a bargain!
