This stainless steel oven pan from AMZCHEF is pretty great. It is a good size and it feels durable without being too heavy. It has a ceramic coating for a smooth non-stick surface and is easy to clean. I also like the black color.

I was kind of weirded out by this pan because I have never seen a design with the holes in it like this before, and it's so big that I honestly kind of thought it was supposed to be for some kind of weird smaller oven as a replacement shelf or some kind of attachment?But no, it is a baking sheet as my gut told me, and a wonderful one it is. It is scratch-resistant and cools off quickly after use. It is truly non-stick as advertised and I had no struggle getting food off of it or cleaning it (did I mention it cools off quickly?)Past that, it's a pretty simple item. Baking sheet. You bake on it. It cools quickly. It's not sticky. Great product, very straight-forward.

This is the perfect sized pan to go under my broiler. It’s very hefty and solidly made. It has a black coating. I received either a returned or defective item where this black coating was scrapped off on one edge of the pan. If the pan is stainless steel as advertised, this won’t matter.

When I ordered this pan, I actually hadn't realized it is made to specifically fit within the AMZCHEF oven. I just thought it was a great sheet pan, and I wasn't disappointed. It's so convenient to use, with the extensions on the side that function as ample handles, I love the smooth texture, and non stick surface, and it has been non-stop useful for prepping food, and for use in the oven. For example, it's great as a prep pan for portioning and flattening croquettes, where the smooth bottom allows easy transfers with a spatula, to a frying pan. I've used it in the oven for browning bread crumbs, and for toasting couscous, and I'm sure it will have many other uses for the oven and broiler. Absolutely great pan, even without the intended oven it is meant for.

I got this pan damaged and that is the reason I did not rate it higher. As you can see from the photo, the corner got banged up and the finish flaked off--pretty badly on one corner and very minorly on another corner. The pan is nice enough, but shallow--more for baking cookies or something flat. It did not come with any instructions either but I would assume it is best to hand wash and safe for the oven which is mainly what you need to know. The size is pretty generous. I would recommend to the seller to package it better to prevent shipping damage. Where there is no damage the pan has nice smooth edges and a smooth surface all around.
