Update: the below was my original review (2 star). But I changed it to 4 star because I received 4 new glasses today via post. It was a bit late, and I only expected ONE glass, not four. But you can’t argue with that level of response.I ordered 4 Brockhill 12 oz. One glass had a black item embedded in the bottom of the glass, rendering it unusable. Amazon told me to contact the company. I did. I received a quick email back saying they would send me a replacement glass. One month later, after the return window closed, I contacted Ankor Hocking again and asked for the status on my replacement glass. I received excuses and another promise. I contacted Amazon customer service and requested a FULL refund, it was granted.I originally purchased these because I recognized the brand. Ankor Hocking is a well known name in my house, they have been around longer then my Dad.The glass itself was nice, a bit wider than most of the same size, it sat solid on the table and was easy for my 94 year old Dad to hold on to. But 1 out of 4 was not usable (poor quality control).
