Received this in the mail to give to my mom for Christmas. The state of Maine was printed upside down. Vendor issued a refund after I paid to send it back without an offer to reprint. A picture of the misprinted ornament should have been enough.

This was gift I had shipped directly to the recipient. I was worried how it would turn out since I wasn’t able to see it before it shipped. I had the recipient send me a picture when she received it and It turned out great!

I honestly do not recommend this product. Quality metal = very thin aluminum. Ornament feels and looks cheap. If you do order it, I don't suggest writing more then two words. I did four on the top row and just the year on the bottom row. You have to look very close to read the words because of how small they ended up being.
