I was mostly interested in these for the dust plugs which are a slimmer profile and appeared to be more secure than the traditional soft covers.I've had situations where the traditional covers get snagged and pop off, so I sometimes use silicone filled dummy connectors as waterproof / dustproof plugs instead.These seem to be a good alternative, although I'm not convinced they are as waterproof as covers or dummy plugs.While the product title says 2-4 ga, the included lugs are 1/0 lugs.This is the standard largest size lug for SB175s, and while smaller wires can be used by cutting them long and doubling back, it's really more of a hack job than proper procedure.Far better to use lugs that match the wire size.The connectors are of decent quality, I'm having to downgrade them to three stars because while otherwise functional, the title "175AMP 2-4 Gauge Battery Quick Connect " is very misleading.These are built for 1/0 cable, not 2-4.

The crimp side of these connectors is solid. I really appreciate the inserts for the wire to seal the ends, this was an unexpected bonus as most connector kits do not come with these. It helps keep bugs and dirt and water out of the connectors. They mate up solid with other Anderson connectors, so overall this is a very well done connector kit at a good price of $12 at the time of ordering.

Looks like the update their sells page to the correct description and pictures. It was originally stated these Andersen connectors were for 2 -4 gauge, but I got 1/0 lugs which I didn't need. The included lugs were too big, but I did end up getting them to work so all is well.Besides the mishap, the quality is there, and the connector works fine. Simple to get going and decent value (more so if I got exactly what I needed).

While the connectors look and feel high quality, one of the ground bushing things is missing. Kinda hard to hook up properly if I don't have all the pieces I need.

These are decent Anderson connector clones. The included covers have useful retainers so they can be secured and won't get lost. The seals for the cables are useful to keep dirt out.However, along with other reviewers, I have to criticize the vendor for stating that the connectors are for "2-4 Gauge" conductors. Although, it is clarified later in the description that the contacts are actually only for 1/0 AWG conductors (and the pictures accurately show the contact markings) the discrepancy has apparently mislead a number of buyers.In my case, I needed the 1/0 size, so this was not an issue. They do require a properly-sized crimping device to achieve a proper connection.
