The circular polarizer is complete garbage, and ruined a whole bunch of shots I took while whale watching. Caveat emptor with cheap filters. It produced severe detail fuzzing and double images using a 50-300mm zoom lens, most noticable when zoomed in all the way. The lens itself produces very sharp images, but with this installed, the images are simply garbage.As for me, I learned an expensive lesson: Check out every filter for fidelity before you use it on an expensive outing.
