Foreign product! I installed it in my 2012 ford focus SE and it fits but there’s a catch. Most of the features and apps don’t work. It is glitchy and kind of slow. The guilty is slightly keep as the plastic parts do not feel durable. The touch screen works but as I mentioned it is a slow system. Bluetooth works but was difficult to set up. Sound quality depends on your current speaker system.

Do NOT buy this stereo complete junk! I can not change the time car play does not work properly. The settings do not work, even the button on the bottom of the unit does not work. I spent a few hours connecting all the wires without having any instructions finally got it figured out and still what a waste of time!! I opted for the higher end unit thinking it would work better then the lower end unit, was I wrong.If you’re thinking about buying this unit do yourself the favor and stay away!The only thing this unit has going for is it looks cool.

I bought this for my 2015 Ford Focus Se to replace the original stereo. It didn't come with instructions so for someone like me who doesn't know electronics very well it was a little difficult to install. But I eventually figured it out and I reached out to customer support with some questions and issues that I had. They responded very quickly and solved all of my issues. So far, no complaints!

The radio went out in my 2013 ford focus so I replaced it with this item, installation was easy and it worked right away. Was a huge upgrade compared to the stock radio.

radio works and the lock/hazards work with a straight forward install (documentation is horrific, you just have to use some common sense and google a few videos)the extra buttons work after you spice together the key1 and key2 from the canbus to the connection on the 4 wire plug that connects by where the lock/hazard connection is. Once these are wired together you have to use the setting for steering wheel key remapping to map up those buttons. did not see any other wires for ILL and GRD but I really do not care about the illumination of the keys.Edit: installed the backup camera. its of MEH quality but better than nothing... may upgrade it in the future and the RCA wire is already in place. still trying to find a setting to adjust the very steep backup grid.all in all good for a 2012 focus where the OEM audio control module has take a nosedive.only reason I went this route was it was cheaper then getting a $150 frame, $100 for a 1 din receiver and another 50-70 for a canbus.. and none of that would include a screen for a eventual backup camera install.

Compared to the factory unit this is 1000 times better, in my 2013 ford focus, instructions are not too good but I would recommend watch a tutorial on YouTube that’s what worked for me and the main thing I’m having trouble with is if you have an iPhone connect the optional usb cable bc the Bluetooth is not the best quality otherwise I’m very happy

Edit: Let me start with customer service is great! There's not much past that. I hope my review doesn't give them a bad mark, so to speak. The radio is... Okay. But not good. Let's me play radio, but everything else sucks besides the customer service. They contacted me about potential fixes, most didn't work for me but that's what you get when selling cheaper car radio related parts. Especially cheap tablets modded for cars, with a good fit inside the physical vehicle.I will be looking more into this company just because of the customer service and quality of them. But this product is very bottom shelf. Worth buying as a temporary fix.

Love the look of this unit. It works great with Apple carplay. BUT. it is slow and not upgradeable. I wanted to put a can bus app on this unit but android 10.1 wont take it correctly. Any chance of an update ? also I would love to remove some of the apps I don't use to maybe speed this up. and the short cut bar at the top has apps I cant change ... any way to remove them..

Esta muy bonita su vista y funcionalidad después de instalado, lo único es que no tiene configuración en español, lo demás está muy bien!, En cuanto al conectar los cables de USB y elegir el audio, las melodías se nota que se aceleran un poco!
