This is a very comfortable wrist guard. Wearing any kind of wrist guard will never be 100% comfortable, but this one is as good as it gets. The palm protection is flexible and sturdy enough for impact protection. There are 2 adjustable straps to loosen or tighten. These do not have the long hard bars that go on top of the wrists for protection, but I don't really need it and find them extremely uncomfortable in other brands. Pretty good price too. I use it for snowboarding and wear it under my mitten. Highly recommended.
