Just Perfect for use on a Cruise. The size and amount of ports made it possible for me to connect my electronics to charge with no issues.

Has worked perfectly in the US, UK, Germany and Switzerland so far. No need to bring your phone or watch power brick when you have this. It does it all

This product was wonderful on our last trip! We went on a Viking river cruise and visited 5 countries. This adapter helped in every country and took up almost no valuable luggage space. I highly recommend this adapter!!

I don't have much use for a 20w charger. However, this is by far the best universal power-plug adapter that I own. It's lightweight, compact, and works in every country that I visit. I usually plug a 100w adapter into it and don't use the built-in adapter at all. I'd love for Anker to build a 65w version in the same form factor, but in the interim, I carry around a couple of these and a couple of lightweight 100w adapters as well. It works better for me than any of the other universal-adapter solutions.

I was able to use the adapter all across Europe and had no issues with it whatsoever. It offers additional ports for USB-C and I’ve even started to use it at my home due to the extra ports :)

UPDATE: While I did have an issue with this adapter, Anker reached out to me immediately and offered a replacement or refund. Great customer service! Every now and then a great product will fail. It is the customer service that makes a great company. The second one we bought is still working great. Increasing the stars for customer service.ORIGINAL POST: I bought two of these for my trip to Spain with my niece. Both were working great until one just stopped working. No light, no ports charge. Just a dead brick. We are only half way thru our trip which makes the timing rather inconvenient. I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps and it’s still dead. 🤷♀️

► Tech Specs:- Model Name: Anker Nano Travel Adapter- Model Number: A9215- Dimensions: 3-5/16" x 1-15/16" x 15/16"- Weight: 3.68 oz- Voltage: 120-240 V- Amperage: 6A Max- Wattage: 20 W Max (See breakdown below)- Ports: 2 x USB-A + 2 x USB-C + 1 x US 2-pin socket (Type A socket)- LED Power Indicator: Solid white light when properly connected.- Warranty: 18 Months (Make sure to store your S/N printed on the unit itself)► Power Breakdown:- USB-A1 & USB-A2: 12 W Max (when using only a SINGLE port at a time)- USB-C1: 20 W Max (when using only a SINGLE port at a time)- USB-C2: 15 W Max (when using only a SINGLE port at a time)- Two or More Ports used Simultaneously: 15 W Max divided by the number of ports in use.⚠️ Important Notes for Samsung & Users ⚠️- "This travel adapter is not a voltage converter."- Apple Users: "If you use a USB-A to Lightning or USB-A to MagSafe cable with the USB-A port, please disconnect and then reconnect the cable before charging."- Samsung Users: "The USB-A port does not support Quick Charge 3.0. Devices that utilize Quick Charge technology, such as the Galaxy series, will charge at regular speed."- Translation: If you are charging your phone, tablet or laptop, use USB-C instead or plug in your own charger for max speed. Smaller devices like a pair of headphones, USB-A will work fine but you may need to unplug and replug for it to work properly.Pros 👍👍👍- Size and Form Factor: This is the most compact universal travel adapter I've come across par none.- Quality: Looks and feels solid and well made.- Value: At $25.99 MSRP, this is a solid value, especially when compared to others on the market.- Name Brand: Anker is a brand I and many others have long used and trusted.- Texture: This may sound like a small detail but details matter! The textured side of this adapter feel really nice to the touch! They're soft and grippy. Nice touch, Anker 😅- Power Efficiency: 87.2% when active, and only 0.082W power draw when idle.- Safety Certifications: Added peace of mind to know that the manufacturer has invested money to get their product tested independently.- Packaging and Documentation: Minimal and thoughtful packaging. The user's manual is accessible by scanning a QR code and can be downloaded as a PDF file. All companies should adopt this approach.Cons 👎👎👎- Sore Thumb: The two thumb sliders stick out like, well, sore thumbs! I wish Anker redesigned them to be more flat. In my opinion, that’s a missed opportunity!- Too many Disclaimers: The USB-A notes are clear, and make sense. Personally, I no longer use USB-A cables. But those who do will need to pause and pay attention. Again, I wish Anker has taken more time to engineer those disclaimers out. Maybe in the next iteration! The Bottom Line 🧐Now I can finally retire my old brick and switch to my new travel buddy from Anker 😆 The more I look at this adapter, the more I like it! It truly is a feat of clever engineering!I am really impressed by this product and have no problem recommending it to all shoppers and potential buyers. Bon voyage!I hope my short review has helped you make an informed buying decision 👍😊✌️

I just got back from an international trip, and really wish I had this adapter on my trip. It's much smaller than the typical multi-adapters from other manufacturers, and it does not require that you carry around a number of "plugs" when you go from country to country...they're almost all built-in. It's built in USB ports work fine for charging an iphone, airpods, Apple Watch, and even an iPad (though not overly fast). It'd be interesting to see if Anker could come out with some about the same form factor, but with greater (GAN) charging capability.
