Unable to assemble. The support tube is too long to fit in the plastic catch. I’m going to have to shorten myself. Poor instructions

It appears so amazingly AWESOME! I will write another review when I receive my new E-bike & attach the unit to the bike!! The materials are so structurally sound!! It has all of the reflectors needed however, I did purchase a tail light to accommodate it when I take it out with my fur babies!! It will not "disappoint you!"

The size is great, and we love that it loads from the front or the back. The bottom is pretty sturdy and is slightly padded. However the sides are just the mesh and nylon, so when our dog leaned slightly in the ride, she could feel the wheel against the fabric rotating. She didn’t get hurt, but it freaked her out! Now, she doesn’t want to go in it. We will have to modify so she can’t feel the tires. Also, I bought this one because it specifically says that it can be used with Ebikes and we had some in order. We used it with our regular bikes first. When we got our Ebikes, the hole for the part that attaches to the bike frame is not big enough to attach so we will have to enlarge it. This was true for two Ebikes of different brands.

I love this trailer. I love that it has a brake, that comes in handy. The inside is huge & my 30 lb dog has lots of room to turn around. The issue I had was if the dog leans on the sides of the trailer while towing it, it rubs the tire & he wore a hole thru both sides the first trip out. I ended up making side fenders so this wouldn’t continue to happen & make the trailer completely useless. It pulls very smooth & we have put over 80+ miles on it so far!
