AC was great! Gave much more window space, was quiet, and overall excellent. Unfortunately, the unit I bought was supposed to be a 12,000 BTU and I received an 8000 BTU. Owners were quick to respond, provided quick return shipping, as well as a fast refund. Excellent customer service. I just wished it was a 12k BTU.

The seller helped me return the item. My BF paid to return it via FEDEX or UPS, I forget which one. I didn't want to return it but I didn't know that that I needed to take into account the measurement the width to include the brick under my window sill for the AC to fit all the way around, not just over it.
