I really needed a freezer, and my b/f complains about having to dig to the bottom to get items in chest freezers, so I compromised. But this unit spoiled our food. It is cold for the needs of your regular fridge. But you cannot use it as a freezer. Nothing is broken, it just isn't cold enough not even on their setting 7 for products that you need to keep actually frozen.I won't be risking again buying these upright mini freezers, and will go back to old fashioned chest freezer.

This is a decent compact freezer. I would caution that the shelves are glass, not wire as depicted in the photos, which is disappointing (wire shelves allow for better air circulation). It also seems to build up frost quickly which is annoying.

I had ordered a Kismile 2.1 upright freezer. Received this instead. Seller (Heatzone) was excellent. Responded quickly, could return for full credit or accept a credit for the mistake. Opted for the credit after doing some research on freezer. This freezer is extremely quiet. My home is an open floor plan with kitchen in front, living room in back. I can only hear the freezer if I'm a few feet away. Once pugged in reached desired temp in a few hours. Surprised at how much it holds for it's size. I have the stainless steel model and put it in my small kitchen nook. Looks nice.

I got my money back, but now I have to dispose of it. Came dead on arrival. Packaging looked ok, I'm not sure what the problem was...

Purchased this since I ran out of room in my freezer during pandemic. Let it set for one day before plugging in. Put it on coldest setting for one day afterward. Now have it packed with food and dropped setting to 5. Works great!

Arrived early. Easy to unpack and setup. Would have been nice to know not to tip more than 45 degrees before undoing package but it wasn’t a problem as we didn’t need to do that. Froze ice cubes fairly quickly. So far very pleased.
