Seemed to be working, the German shepherd next door was quieter more often and would just bark a few woofs when someone walked by rather than just nonstop barking. But a few weeks in it suddenly started playing that noise nonstop, even where there was no barking. My boyfriend could hear it from over 100ft away, and it pierced my ears when i got close to turn it off. Can't say whether it's a defective unit or they're all designed this way. But we are going to try another brand cause it did seem to help before it went haywire!

very cheap device. wouldnt recommend at all! im giving mine a little more time to charge? it says its charged w a “4” like the instructions indicate but none of the setting buttons are functioning. will more than likely be returning it for a refund and find something else.

Junk, Did not do anything as far as stopping the neighbors dog. Even bought another to see if it helped. Nope! Returned both of them. Look elsewhere.

Worked for the first day, then stopped. We followed product directions, but the sound ended up agitating our dog.

Doesn’t work. It goes off sometimes for barking dogs, sometimes for wind. Dogs are unbothered by it though. Very disappointing. Got it for my neighbors horrible 5 dogs and even my dogs are unbothered by it.

I have not been able to determine the effectiveness of the product. I have two loud dogs next door and I have not seen or heard anything that would suggest this product works. Per directions, I change the settings from time to time. It should be noted that one of the dogs is over ten years old. I'll try changing the placement of the unit.
