These grounding wrist bands are well made, and they ensure grounding the same way as other such devices I have been using before. The elastic band is pretty tight for me, and it only adjusts to a tighter size – all good, this ensures firm contact of the electrode inside it to the skin. The coiled wire works great, very little resistance to pulling and extending it while keeping the desk free of unnecessary loops of wires. Cannot speak to the durability for these, but so far they work great.

Serves the purpose of helping to protect electronics from electric static discharge and damage during repair. You could wear one or both of them.

I tested these with my ground test meter and they do show that they are grounded. You get two wrist straps that are adjustable for size that have cords that will stretch like a pigtail that end with an alligator clip. I clipped the alligator clip to my long grounding cord that plugs into the ground outlet. I use mine for grounding/earthing. My only complaint is that the little piece that is supposed to allow you to adjust the wristband doesn’t hold very well. It loosens. It shouldn’t be a problem if you have a larger wrist or are a man. But I am a female with a very tiny wrist so I had to pull it tighter and then latch the little piece over but the little piece just doesn’t wanna hold it that well. It still works fine for what I need it for. In fact, I plan to put it around my ankle while in bed so that I am grounded in bed.If you are getting this for grounding/earthing, you will still need a cord that will plug into the ground portion of an outlet. There is a round piece of metal inside the wristband that touches your wrist and that is what grounds you when it is set up.
