I’ve tried so many different cervical/neck pillows, and I just couldn’t get used to any of them. They were heavy and sometimes way too firm. I chose the softer or “Medium” firmness queen pillow, instead of the standard “Firm” pillow. It’s perfect.There are little cutouts for your arms to rest as well. You can also slide your arms underneath this pillow as it isn’t as heavy as other pillows like it.

It's the best purchase I've ever made, because I've always struggled to sleep, and this pillow exceeded all my expectations. I've been using it for several days. Before buying it, I had one that wouldn't let me sleep, but now I sleep extremely comfortably no matter which side I sleep on. I suffer from neck pain, and this pillow has helped me regain the sleep I've been missing for so long. I recommend it to anyone who suffers from neck pain. Best of all, it comes with a thick, removable and washable cover. I noticed the difference from the first day. I loved it.

I've been using this Anvo cervical pillow for a few nights now and have noticed an improvement in how I wake up, especially in my neck and shoulders. The ergonomic design feels well aligned and provides good support, without being too firm. It's made of memory foam, so it adapts well to the shape of my neck and head.I've tried it while sleeping on my side and on my back, and it feels comfortable in both positions. Plus, the cover is soft and pleasant to the touch. This pillow has helped my husband sleep so much better. His neck pain used to prevent a full night's sleep but since he started sleeping on this pillow his sleep is so much better.

I bought this pillow because I constantly suffered from neck pain to wake up, and it has been a true blessing. Its ergonomic design adapts perfectly to the curvature of the neck, offering firm but comfortable support. Since I started using it, my nights are much more repairing and pain has decreased markedly. Viscoelastic foam is of excellent quality, it feels fresh and maintains its shape. Ideal whether you sleep sideways, upside down or even face down. I totally recommend it
