Looking at the 300 miniature books included with this bookshelf was fun. There was a Harry Potter series set and Twilight series set among many other fun books including some Dr. Seuss, some classics, some beach reads. The books fit on the bookshelf with some extras. I was pleased with the number and variety of the books included in this bookshelf. There were only 1 duplicate (Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi) that I caught.The latch of the bookshelf opens and closes easily.The clear acrylic cover comes with protective plastic on it that you peel off. I had to use a screwdriver to pry the metal pieces open to get the acrylic cover out to do this; they didn't easily bend using my fingers.The reason I gave this three stars instead of 5 is because there is a sizable gap where two wood pieces meet in one of the bottom corners. It is a large enough gap that books are able to get wedged inside. I don't think that a book would fall completely through the gap because it is a bit of a tight squeeze, but if any books did, I think it would be near impossible to get them out again.

This is fascinating! I love miniatures and these are a great deal of fun to go through and sort. I can see why it works for anxiety. I ended up playing with this for four hours! I noticed how much my mind was able to focus thoughts while I was going through the books. Pretty cool. The books are representations if real books but they are made with a book cover over foam. The printing details of the books are not detailed enough to read anything except the title and author. Some of the spine alignments are off center. There are a couple of duplicates. There is a variety of book categories including book series, children's, and classics. The wood display case is built well but the wood bookshelves are a bit roughly put together. My bookshelves were not glued in place but they was glue markings showing that it should've been glued down. The hinges and clasp are great, as well as the acrylic panel window. Overall, this is a neat item and enjoyable to play with

This looks so good. I’m haven’t peeled the protective layer off of the glass yet but the quality overall seems great. The books don’t open/have pages but the covers are from real titles. They fit nicely on the shelves. It also fits nicely in my 1:12 dollhouse so I might remove the latches and glass cover and put it in there. I would definitely purchase more.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! This may be the best one of by books cases yet!! It is fantastical!!! It is a great size and I love all the little books! Great value for the money and would make a WONDERFUL gift for any book lover.
