Bolt holding peddle on was slightly loose, took it out and added lock tight all good!

The lever is well made and looks great on the bike. Make sure you tighten everything well. The green part that you actually step on got loose and fell off and I couldn't find it. I contacted the company and they agreed to replace that part. Very happy.
