Zoom control
AODELAN lance remote controller can easily change the camera direction by mounting on the handle of the tripod, which helps to control the camera lens zoom. It can wide-sweep variable rocker for smooth, sustainable zooms.
Zoom in: Press the side of the zoom lever labeled "T" to zoom in focus view and the subject is closer.
Zoom out: Press the side of the zoom lever labeled "W" to zoom out view and the subject becomes farther away.

Great addition to 8 year old video camera, easy to fit on tripod, no more fiddling with zoom button on top of the camera. Adjustable zoom speed works a treat, reduces camera shake not having to touch the camera unit itself.

Ensure the switch is set to the Canon position and it works great (for Canon cameras). The lever to zoom in and out can be pushed in gently for a slow and smooth zoom or press harder to speed it up. This is actually smoother and more controllable than the controls on the camera. I have connected this through 8m of 2.5mm extension cable and it functions great.

Great zoom control. Used it on a Canon XF305 with very smooth variable speeds. Sturdy construction and clamps to tripod handle securely. Cable is just the right length to cameras LANC port. Price is a bit high for what involved. Liked so much I ordered two more for our other cameras.5/19/21 Updated review. One of the three I bought started to act up. The zoom in or out would keep moving even after removing my hand from the control.
