After a year it looks terrible, the coat has peeled of and it’s ready to be replaced for sometime of food quality. An item like it should last more than a year in good condition. It’s been cared and cleaned properly but the quality is just not there. I don’t recommend

Following the installation, a loud noise began occurring each time the water was turned on or off. Shortly after I mentioned this issue in my product review, customer service reached out to me. Their approach was thorough, dedicated, and they made significant efforts to address the problem. The customer support provided was outstanding.

I bought this for our addition. It adds that nice and clean finish to your bathroom. We installed it moths after purchasing, the shower handle was leaking. I reached out to customer service and they promptly took care of it, by sending me a new shower handle. I would buy again.
