Great looking product except treads are not long enough to go through tiled wall. Seller and manufacture are both totally unresponsive

Description includes using this for a bathtub. Have fun with that at 1 gallon per minute. Check the fill rate. I didn't.

Updating an older tub fixture in our master bathroom and this is a beautiful, modern addition. It is solid brass fixtures with a shiny chrome finish, mirror reflective. Every piece was individually wrapped in a soft bag and well packaged in formed foam in the box. Includes everything you need to install except the tools of course. I am looking forward to getting this installed and using it.
