This craft set may not be the best choice for younger children, as it a bit on the complicated side. The kit lacks English instructions, although it does provide a QR code that links to a video tutorial. As an adult, I found some steps, like connecting two sticky-backed pieces, quite challenging. My grandchildren, who are six and ten years old, quickly lost interest in the project. We didn't reach the step where you add the tiny Styrofoam balls, and I was honestly relieved, as I was concerned about the mess they might create. That said, this set could be enjoyable for teenagers and adults who appreciate detailed and time-consuming crafts.

I had a hard time deciding how many stars to give this spring flower craft kit. There are a few cons for the kit. The larger felt pieces are easy to use, but the smaller pieces are well and truly stuck to the backing paper and quite difficult to peel off. A young child would be easily frustrated. The felt flower pot might appeal to some, but to me it looks cheap and unattractive. The beads that go inside the flower pot had a bad case of static cling and went all over the place as I tried to pour them into the flower pot. I got this craft set to use with 8-year-olds and quickly learned that this kit is not appropriate for that age group. The individual pieces would be hard for them to handle and the multiple steps required to put it together would far exceed their attention span. However, older users could enjoy assembling this kit. The flower colors are vibrant. The adhesive backing is strong. The flowers pieces are not designed to be put in any specific place so a person could use their imagination and make really creative flowers. This won’t be an heirloom Mother’s Day gift, but it is a craft project that would work well for older children or adults.
