Good fit (I installed it on a 2008 Ford Focus), but know this the OSS (output) and there is an ISS (input). The output in closer to the passenger side and the input is closer to the driver side. Also, when changing it, be prepared to lose (and catch) some transmission fluid. Also, I had a hard time disconnecting the harness. I found it easier to remove the sensor and then disconnect the harness.
