Installed it and it fit the truck perfectly, but the second time I went to latch it shut, it broke. Not worth the money at all.

I would expect spending $12 on something so small would yeild a better result upon opening the package. This is made of plastic. I purchased for my 1988 Silverado. Once I received the bubble wrap envelope, I opened the parts bag only to have 3 pieces fall out instead of 2. The mounting bracket that was to be attached to the latch was broken off. I would not suggest this product because of the plastic it's made from feels and looks brittle. To hold your window closed you need to have something stronger than this. Back to the drawing board for me finding g a replacement

But it does the job. just have to be careful with it not to break it. First-time clamping down on it was kind of scary because I felt like I was going to break it

Had no instructions. Lots of YouTube videos later it just wasn’t worth it. But the part did do as it was meant to and functioned properly.
