Your cart is empty.The 1/2 in. Tectite by Apollo Push-To-Connect 3-Way Ball Valve is unique in that it can function as diverter valve or mixing valve . It is the fastest, cleanest and simplest way to install or replace a 3-way ball valve on copper, CPVC, PE-RT and PEX piping systems without the use of tools, solder, open flame or glue. The quarter turn, single lever control allows for simple control of water flow in hydronic and potable water systems. Simply insert the pipe to allow the high-strength stainless steel teeth to grip the pipe securely against the specially designed o-ring. Fitting removal and reuse is just as simple using a simple demount clip (sold separately). After assembly, valves may be rotated for simpler installation in tight spaces. The valve includes both red and blue handle inserts to all the user to indicate hot and cold water lines with just a glance.

Got this to replace an RV diverter valve that was leaking. Easy to install and can be removed easily. As good as anything you would find at a plumbing wholesaler.

I used these as a diverted type valve to winterize external faucets. Feed is to the left, output to the faucet is to the left, drain is to the tee. When I open the valve I feed water to the faucet. To winterize I close the valve (handle aligned to tee) and that drains pressure from the faucet to the tee while maintaining system pressure to the rest of the water system.

I made a mistake in ordering this, I needed a valve for three open lines with option to shut off one line and this only allows for two open lines. It’s adjustable with straight line and either angle but does not allow for all three lines to be open. So the valve is great, but just be aware it’s only two open at a time.

I purchased this valve to add a winterizing port to my RV just before the fresh water pump. It made the winterizing process super simple.I only take one star away because the valve was super hard to turn the first time. Once it was freed up, it worked as intended.

I was excited to find a push-to-connect 3-way, and the valve appears to be well made, but I’m disappointed with the design. Most 3-way valves select between the left and right ports to connect with the center port, but this one selects between the left and center ports with the right one (with center pointing toward you) being the common. Not great for my purpose.

I reviewed the Q and A portion of this product to see if it was possible to shut off the flow to all ports. One user asked this same question to which the answer was yes you could. Upon receiving the part I have discovered you can only choose which port you want the flow to go. You cannot shut off the flow. Also they sent the wrong part. I ordered Apollo brand and they sent Tectite. Parts look different as well.
