These are very nice dessert plates. I think they are the perfect size—a little bigger than a saucer but smaller than a lunch plate. The color is a pale blue that looks good with the raised white pattern design around the outside. Went through the dishwasher with no problems. Highly recommend these.

ok on one hand I love the look of these little plates. They're exquisite for tea time snacks and very versatile. On the other the glass is on the fragile side. I dropped one and it shattered. Be careful with these. They are really more decorative than useful and heat transference will be an issue. Use for cold items, like cucumber sandwiches.

The set of four is perfect for salads, desserts, or small meals. The plates are well made and have a gorgeous design, but what they gain in presentation, they lose function. The usable area is neither large nor deep, which limits the dishes you use these plates. They are also microwave and dishwasher-safe. Overall, this is a nice set of plates that works primarily for presentation.

The design is nice, but not for eating, maybe 6 in is for food. The rim of plates takes up most of the size. Makes a nice table display but not enough food area for actually eating on.

I regret so much I got those.The plates are too small and they are uneven. Quality control was miles away from whoever made those plates. How can a set of plated have differences on height?To make things worse, I got the risotto plates as well (that they wrongly call them soup plates) and not I cannot find the small plates in thr same light gray color, so I can't complete a set.Honestly, pick something better. I had two big disappointments with those plates.

These beautifully embossed porcelain plates have a vintage vibe. They remind me of plates that my grandmother used for desserts. This set of four light sky blue ceramic plates are luncheon size at 8-inches. They can be used in a variety of ways; for salad, pasta, dessert, snacks, fruits, and bread. I just love these. Highly recommend.Durable and Safe: non-lead, cadmium- free, can be used in microwaves, ovens, and dishwashers.

Wow, I find these embossed light sky blue plates really attractive! They have good heft, so a hearty salad or slice of pie or cake will be well secured on them. And the embossed design is really different in a good way. The dots and stripes on opposite sides are a tad raised, so anything put on them will be secured nicely too, so salad strips of carrots or the like will be easy to get up. The set of four means the set will be useful for a family of four or especially for a family of two since the couple can have both a salad and dessert without having to wash dishes in between. I really like these plates that clean up nicely in the dishwasher and that I don't have to worry about being so delicate they might break unless I hand wash them. I'm happy with these 8-inch plates that stack nicely in the cupboard.
