Unlike the description this did not fit my 06 Mini Cooper S R52. Wasn't even close and I don't know if the problem is the description is wrong or if my vehicle was made with the next years transmission version but that is the one that fit my car. Unfortunately you don't know what you have until you pull out the pan and there you go. Had to return this one and then order the correct one while car is jacked up in drive way. Ugh
