Required shop time to hone pads and trim shims to fit their bracket. Rust immediately, Seem even after a good hard pedal brake bleed to be the worst I have ever used and I do all my own brake jobs and have tried so many different brands that it is saying something to be worst, maybe only NuGeon was equally as poor. The industry overall is poor quality right now for replacements on commuter vehicles but these are a never buy again for all reasons. Nothing notably good about them.

Overall the calipers worked but in order to use the included stainless brackets that hold the pads I had to modify them. Seems like not enough casting material was removed to accept them.

The new calipers worked great, which satisfied my need for purchasing this item. The banjo bolts and crush washers were a plus to have in the hardware kit.However, the caliper brackets, that came with the new calipers, could not be used because they were not machined with precision. For the passenger side I attempted to utilize the new caliper and bracket, but the bracket had excess material in the area that straddles the rotor and did not provide enough clearance such that the brake pad shims would fit in place on the bracket. Further, the brake pad shims would not fit properly on the caliper bracket when it was not installed over the rotor either. The ears/tabs on the bracket were too wide for the shims to snap into place.I simply used the old caliper bracket and was then able to install the new caliper.I did not attempt to use the new caliper bracket on the driver's side, based on a visual comparison of the driver side to the passenger side bracket that didn't work.

The calipers themselves were ok but the brake clips didn't properly clip onto the caliper brackets so I had to use the old brackets which wasn't a problem but it would've been nice to have everything in uniform

The Brake Pad hardware for my '12 Sonata GLS would not fit into the Brake Pad Caddy. I had to use the caddy from my original part with the new piston. I didn't spend much time comparing the 2 parts to see what the problem was but the clips that came with my brand new Bosch Pads would not fit. Also the clips that came with the new calipers didn't fit either. Doesn't bother me much. My reason for replacing is due to Hyundai using a Phenolic Piston. They get brittle and crack. Once that happens piston pressure is applied uneven and the pads start to hand up.
