Functionally it fit. Issue with bolt hole location, it is very rear bised and needs to be stretched forward to have the side bolts bolt into the body. Not sure if that much preload on the bearing will cause premature failure but we will see. 2k miles so far and no more slapping noise. Installed on 2015 BMW X5 sDrive35i.
