Car was having rough idling issues and would shake at a stop.Watch some videos online and found this to be the culprit. When I changed it, the problem went away instantly and it has been a few months since then!

My 2014 vw jetta gli rpm niddle shakes continuously, but after change cam shaft adjuster its working properly no shake at all.Worth it.
