Took a bit of cussing to get the old one out and the new one it but it worked perfectly. If you ever have cooling issues on a Buick Encore 2014, check the fan first. The low and mid speed have a resistor that is built into the fan shroud that will cause overheating. Fan should run on the low speed with the air conditioning on all the time. If the fan does not run with the air con on, replace this.
