Replaced the cooling fan unit in a 2012 Lincoln MKX w/ towing package with this unit. Whole job can be done in 30 minutes. Plug and play with two 10 mm bolts after removing the air box and using bungie cables to pull the hoses out of the way. Ran the AC on high and fans engaged right away.

Fit is a bit tighter than the OEM unit. Swapping the fan out is very easy except clearing the little metal guard in the front of the motor. You have to rock the fan sideways to the right to get it out. Same procedure to put it in. The fan seems a bit louder than the OEM unit, but it cools fantastic! There are two different models of this fan (with tow package, without). Check your fuse box if you are unsure. Tow package has two 40amp fuses, non two has one 60amp fuse.

This product saw it on Amazon got it quicker than I would’ve got it Anywhere else 2010 Ford edge that had overheating problems. The dealership wanted $1500 to change this out and for the price of the fan don’t waste your money or time but dealerships things like this are easy. Just watch a couple YouTube videos and do it yourself.
