This fan didn’t fit in when the original factory fan was pulled so the The mechanic in the Shop had to drill’s holes and modify the top left side also it missed the bottom middle support by 3” so we had to leave it like that whiteout being able to Secure it tight in the middle for installation and hope that it doesn’t break down !!!!! If it breaks down I WILL NOT BUY THIS ITEM AGAIN !!

The over all cover did not fit my Sienna. So I had to remove the fan motors and fan blades and retrofit them to the old shroud. I am very mechanically inclined so it was just a hick up. If you run into that issue just take your time.
