So far, it is a perfect fit for my 2016 RAM 1500 5.7L. The installation was fairly quick. Parts pretty much matched the OEM - the tensioner was a bit different but fit fine otherwise! Interesting that the tensioner bolt was 5/8" SAE but the idler pulley bolt was 14 mm. I don't recall changing the tensioner before now. BTW, I looked around and best I could find from Mopar car forum is tensioner torque spec is 32 ft/lbs and idler pulley bolt at 40 ft/lbs. The biggest time was figuring how to route the serpentine belt even though I drew a diagram and took a picture!! ;-)

Fit perfectly on my 2014 dodge ram 1500. Works great no issues.

It took me about 15 minutes to install this kit on my 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn 5.7 Hemi. Not sure how long they will last but initial quality seems just fine. Everything is running very smooth. No extra noises at this time. My truck has 108,000 miles.
