This fit on my 2010 Honda pilot 3.5 engine. You have to know how to install over the rocker arms carefully if you do it yourself. Add a gasket sealer first and read the directions. I put the sealer on and let it sit for an hour without tightening all the way, then, torque down after an hour and let sit for 24 hours before starting the engine. So far, no leaks or codes after 2K miles. Great price for my situation because my engine has 265K miles and I did not want to spend a lot for original parts.
