Disappointed if you hit soft bumps it's smooth comfortable you hit big bumps they feel like big bumps I also replaced my rear with coilovers which I love and I'm at the point I'm thinking of ripping off these new shocks sending them back putting my old ones back on till I find something I like I'm looking for spring overs for the front I can't find them anywhere but I'm going to look for Replacements I'm not happy with these at all.

Installed and took my rig for a 4x4 Redneck Ride right away. Rocked it up some rough roads. Over humps and bumps, drops and holes, these shocks took it very well. The bushings that were provided were a bit small for my 98 explorer, I used my old bushing.

they dont tell you that these fit a 4x4 not a 4x2

I'm very pleased with the shocks.My mechanic was replacing my front brake rotors and pads and said that if I purchased shocks myself he would install them at no labor cost "while he was in there." Frankly, being on a tight budget, I selected these for their affordability, expecting that any shocks would be an improvement over the original ones. Wow! What a surprise - They seem to have restored the ride to factory smoothness on my daily driver, an older Ford Explorer. About 20,000 miles and many potholes later there's no noticeable decline in their performance. Five stars!

Besides upper control arms and ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, these shocks are giving my old truck the smooooothest drive in a Long time!Trust they will last!As described, these come Without bottom nuts and bolts (top hardware, bushings, etc all provided.) If your OEM shocks have machined-in bolts, you'll need to go to Ace to get the bottom hardware (8mm).
