Fits and works perfectly, be sure to check the 40 amp fuse as well, installed it and didn't work as the 40 amp fuse was also blown changed fuse and works, put the old resistor in and doesn't work, got AC again for about $40 and a $1 fuse, not the easiest to get at but definitely a doable job. Reason for 4 Star is not sure how long it will last yet. Do it yourself and save a couple hundred bucks probably.
