Replaced blend door actuator on ford flex and it started making a loud audible clicking noise when car turns on. Need to replace blend door once again.

Easy to replace on my Ford Taurus, took more time to empty out the glove box. Nice to no longer hear the constant clicking noise every time the AC tried to open or close the recirculate vent
