Almost made it two years. This actuator gears are slipping causing a click-click-click-noise. Replaced in Oct 2018 after removing the dashboard. At twenty bucks, its an inexpensive part, but a pain to replace (1999 ML320). Deciding to replace with the same, or take a chance on a different brand. . . 1 year warranty no longer active.
